Fan Ink Fitted Hat Size Chart
Fitted hats are sized by head measurement, not S/M/L. Measure your head, then match it to the chart below. Between sizes? Size up — a fitted hat has no adjustable strap.
How to Measure Your Head
- Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string.
- Wrap it around your head about 1/8 inch (3 mm) above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit.
- Keep it snug but not tight, and note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
- Match it to the chart below.
| Fitted Size | Head (inches) | Head (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| 7 | 22.0 | 55.9 |
| 7 1/8 | 22.4 | 56.9 |
| 7 1/4 | 22.8 | 57.9 |
| 7 3/8 | 23.2 | 58.8 |
| 7 1/2 | 23.6 | 59.8 |
| 7 5/8 | 24.0 | 60.8 |
| 7 3/4 | 24.3 | 61.8 |
| 8 | 25.1 | 63.8 |
| 8 1/4 | 25.9 | 65.8 |
| 8 1/2 | 26.7 | 67.8 |
Head measurements are approximate. Fitted hat sizes are based on head circumference divided by π (3.14).
