All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in "as new" and resalable condition.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, videos, CD's, DVD's, special orders, customized merchandise, and club or team orders, and large quantity orders. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Shipping costs for returns due to customer error and/or oversight or because an item does not fit is the customer's responsibility and will not be credited back upon receipt of items. There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange except on uniforms (including jerseys, shorts, and/or socks). For ALL team order (quantities of 10 or more) returns there will be a 15% restocking fee. For returns on orders over $1000, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only! We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
If you are a club, team, league, school, or just looking to place a large quantity order, we can outfit you with literally any product in stock. Minimum amount for a purchase order is $100. In order to place an order using a purchase order, your order must be faxed to us at 844.436.7882 on a school/association letterhead and include the items, billing and shipping addresses, contact person, phone number and e-mail address so that we can send you a confirmation invoice. Your order will not ship until we receive approval of that e-mailed invoice. For all first time purchase order accounts, we require that a valid credit be on file until payment is received. If payment is received within 30 days, no charges will be incurred on the credit card. If payment is not received within 30 days, sportgearplus.com reserves the right to charge the credit card on file. Purchase orders are not considered valid until approved by a sportgearplus.com Team Sales Associate and payment information is collected. We accept credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; PayPal, and e-Checks. For any e-Check orders, your order will not ship out until the check clears, which is generally between 5 and 7 business days. During that time, your order will be placed on hold but your items will not be allocated until payment is cleared.
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size; sportgearplus.com will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the $5.00 cost of return shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.
Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
Canada Orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship out due to the extra packaging and processing required for customs.
Hawaii and Alaska orders may ship via UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. We also offer a US Postal Service option. To do so, select "USPS - AK/HI" as your shipping method during checkout.
Military Personnel can have their orders shipped to APO and FPO locations by choosing "USPS – PO Box/APO" as the shipping method.
P.O. Box orders please choose the "USPS – PO Box/APO" method as the shipping option during checkout. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
US Postal Service orders may take up to an extra 1-3 business days to leave our warehouse due extra processing and packaging required for these orders.
